- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
- OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 59books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 18th October

Have been busy a few days with the bedroom renovations! I am adding 1 NSD for Sunday, 1 for Monday, 1 for today (I ordered two necessary toiletries this morning so they don’t count as spend).
Debt free journey started 30/08/2023:
CC1 - 5,151.92 now 5,335.15
CC3 - 4,166.15 now 5,345.28
CC4 - 4,625.87 (balance transfer from CC2) now 5,717.24
Current outstanding: 16,397.67
Debt free by Jul 2027.
