He just means B'ham Court are unusual in that they like to set up short 'preliminary hearings' to try to resolve disputes and remove cases from full hearing listings.

We have asked to see what you put in your defence. You haven’t responded. You have redacted all dates on the NtD and the NtK, so it is difficult to advise. You were asked to show the original NtK, not the reminder. You’ve been asked to show the Particulars of Claim.

If you ask for advice and then don’t respond to the request for more info to be able to assist you, then why bother? Has the drivers identity been given to the operator in any previous appeal or in the defence?

You have been asked multiple times for the POC and the dates on the NTK are redacted please stop being obstructive, or what's the point!
