Invalid Warrant Forced Entry

I'll leave you with this, from a lawyer re legality:
"If its an honest mistake, yes. Arresting people for failing to do their jobs perfectly is counterproductive. OTOH knowingly lying is perjury. In between there is a grey area of negligence, but proving that is tricky as it gets in to messy issues of whether the employee or employer is really at fault. But we're getting off topic here. Questions about how to remedy the wider systemic issues belong on SE.Politics rather than Law."

Part of the process of the warrant includes demonstrating that notice has been served on the property.TisInNeedOfHelp24 said:
Have you not read the amount of people who think you can get a warrant for forced entry on an address with no concern for the occupant of the house and without informing them?MP1995 said:You seem unable to let this go, this doesn't happen thousands of times or this forum would be flooded with these types of stories. Its probably rare than hens teeth.
It's a mistake, one that could not have been stayed if you read what I posted some way back.
It should not have been issued, mistake by a human there, they have offered you a goodwill gesture.
If you feel this aggrieved then seek legal advice.
In your case, this appears to have happend before you moved in, so you have never seen it. Either that, or it was addressed to the previous occupant so didn't get to you personally.
That doesn't make any of this process illegal.
And entry with a valid and legal warranty is not trespass either.
You're confusing "I didn't see a notice" with "no notice was given", just like you confused a clerical mistake with wanton illegal behaviour, and a single anecdote with "many times every day".2 -
Something is not illegal because you do not like it.
Something is not illegal because you are unwilling/unable to understand it.
Something is not illegal because because you feel it should be.
