    I noticed that the CCJ has been added to my credit report. I had the court papers a few weeks ago but I haven’t received anything in the post regarding the CCJ

    This is unfortunately what happens when you ignore advice.
    You were advised to come back when you received the court papers - "a few weeks ago".
    This makes me sad.

    honesty Keith I’ve had a terrible few months and the mental clarity to sort this just wasn’t there. I do not have the letters to hand as I’m at work but given the vague information what is my best course of action now? I can post them on the discussion first thing tomorrow or later on when I get back

    By going against all our advice and ignoring a court claim, you have lost by default and must now pay in full within 4 weeks of judgment to stop this ruining your credit rating for 6 years.

    I haven’t gone against any advice, I have explained why it hasn’t been at the top of my priorities which was very stupid of me.

    i haven’t gone against any advice, granted I’ve not been on the ball with this but I said why I haven’t. It’s beyond repair I think now anyway
