Even if that is the case it would be negligible - 15mln debt / 30 mln households = 50p as a one off.. so less than existing daily charge for many.

I wonder if they had anyone that understood the energy market and the obligations that come with having a supply licence working for them?They were doing fine, if you exclude the fact they failed to meet their obligations, read meters for over a year and pay suppliers, and that was before the PO.But yes, its Ofgems fault, seems to me that the regulations worked in this instance, they had a chance to get their house in order but failed (because absolutely noone with half a brain was pumping money into that).3
