Good point, they are both jointly and severely liable for the debt, if Paragon say they are writing off the balance, that should apply to both debtors, but as with anything, the devil is in the detail, she will have to confirm that is the case with Paragon.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. They have to be in each others lives at the moment as they have kids.
