I have read online that the processor varies based on where its brought and the best processor in Snapdragon (US, Canada, Taiwan) compared to Exynos 2400 (UK and Europe).
You won't notice the difference in processors. Any phone has had enough oomph for general use (browsing internet, making phone calls, sending messages) for years, especially the more expensive models. Just buy the phone from a reputable vendor in the UK. Personally I wouldn't buy a phone from Amazon, especially if not actually sold by Amazon.
