Hi, Hoping someone can advise. I’ve been issued with a euro car parks parking charge notice of £85, for overstaying the maximum time limit. I’ve used this car park often but honestly never really thought about the time limit, I guess I’m never really there that long. Do I need to pay this? Any other parking fines I’ve had…

You will continue to get letters at approx monthly intervals for 4 or 5 months.
Then nothing for 4 or 5 years or so (statute of limitations) which is designed to scare those who thought it was long forgotten.
Fear not - do not engage.
