Taking Nationwide to Court

Nationwide have put it to me this way. They say all their CHAPS payments (International payments) go through HSBC as they are just a building society...
I doubt if they did say that as CHAPS are by definition domestic payments, International payments use either the SWIFT or SEPA systems.
