Heat Pump Servicing

Our ASHP was installed August 2023. 

Because I’m neurotic about these things I contacted the local company who have bought out our installer , regarding a service recently. 

They came within a week, and took less that 30 minutes. 

They signed the service schedule which we were given at install. It cost us £114. 

I’m very pleased with that. 

Far cheaper than the services we used to have for our oil boiler, although I appreciate this is for a new bit of kit!

Ours takes 1.5 hours, not much chat except for a cup of tea and 2 choccy biscuits.

I suspect that plan is for Octopus heat pump installs only. But happy to be corrected.

You could always ask them?
