  • Can any one please give me the links to how to reply to an initial parking notice?

There are so many links but I can't find the original one that gives you the template to respond to the initial PCN.

I would like to share this with someone to respond to the PCN.

    Thank you

And you always have a direct link to page one in two places on every page.  Top and bottom. That's how you navigate a forum, going back to page one to read the 'sticky' threads.

My signature explains where the top link is. The other one looks exactly the same.

Yes, I did.  They sent me a mediation file.  I believe, I should complete it and send back?

You just do what the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread tells you to do with a DQ.  Which is what you have.

Everything is covered in the first 12 steps.

  • I have been sent a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the small Claims Track N180 form.

Can I complete this digitally and email the courts or do I need to complete it by hand and post to the courts?

    Thank you

Follow the 12 steps, download the PDF, fill it in on your device, save it and email it

No need for paperwork or royal mail, just computers and email

As I said earlier, follow the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread tells you to do with a DQ.

Which is what you have. N180 = DQ.

Everything is covered in the first 12 steps.

Two clicks gets you right back to the Template Defence as it's a pinned Announcement thread (see my signature for how to navigate to page one).

No link given; not needed and doesn't help new posters learn how to hop around.

     :)
