I am glad to hear that you received your flight compensation.

I was recently in a similar situation with a rescheduled TUI flight arriving 16 hours late and the flight compensation was settled very quickly. (Not that TUI clearly informed us that we would be entitled to it)

Could I ask if you received any payment for the missed day of your holiday???

I am about to submit my own claim for a missed day on an all inclusive holiday and it would be helpful to know how your claim was settled. (I wouldn't pursue any further compensation if TUI had handled the situation better)
