@born_again - When they gave me the receipts and asked me to complete them they emphasised they had no expiry date and I should keep them.
So I expect them to be "as advertised" timeless. So, no, expecting 4 years isn't too much, or expecting them to honour their offer isn't too much either (In my opinion)

As they've obviously shut you down over chat/email that leaves you with pursuing it through the courts.
IMO there are some battles worth fighting and some that aren't. This would fall into the latter, especially as you obviously don't go there much anymore.0 -

If you follow the steps on the receipt on completing the survey you can then receive the voucher.

So as I have followed the steps on the receipt I'm now going to try to use it again with this info
