Thanks! Fingers crossed. Not sure if they excused themselves. How would I know? It was always a phone hearing. We were suppose to provide the phone number we wished to be contacted on 2 working days before the hearing. They didn't do that.Titch

Unfortunately not. Kicking myself now. To be honest I was in a bit of a shock. It was 20 second phone call, Judge just said the claim has been struck out as PCM were not there to defend the claim. I left a bit speechless as I wasnt expecting that to happen.Castle said:
