    When you use the exemplars mentioned above make sure that any copy and paste statements apply to your case. For instance your claimant is an IPC AoS member yet you state:-

    "15. I’d like to also state the Claimant did not display clear, large, prominent signs within the site that were capable of being read from the driver's seat and/or forming a contract, contrary to the BPA CoP,...."

    Which is a very common mistake we see almost every week on here ( lack of proof reading or fact checking by defendants. )

    Just make sure that its done, copy to the court, copy to the lawyers, ideally a copy to yourself too, one email, 3 recipients

    Yes you will, as soon as the hearing finishes, so read this thread below

    The court usually allows you 30 days to pay in full, to stop it affecting your credit report etc, so you pay the lawyers ASAP and they should inform the court that the CCJ is satisfied, so it becomes inert and not placed on the public register ( not paying in full early doors is what causes the problems after the deadline has passed. )
