So the answer is no. You won't get a CCJ if you lose. We do not risk anyone's credit rating.
You may want to re-read the second post of the NEWBIES thread, where this is already made clear. it is a no-brainer to fully defend any parking claim. The NEWBIES thread also gives you hearing tips.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If a CCJ is paid in full within 28 days of judgment it is completely expunged from your record. It is as though it never happened.
It doesn't remain on your "credit record" in any way, shape or form. It's passed on. The CCJ is no more! It has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet its maker! It's a stiff! Bereft of life, it rests in peace! It's pushing up the daisies! Its metabolic processes are now history! It's off the twig! It's kicked the bucket, It's shuffled off its mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!

thanks @Coupon-mad I have re-read the second post in Newbies thread as you referred. Does it imply that in worse case of me losing - do I go for Set Aside option?

Context matters, so the newbies has information on all kinds of topics, not everything applies to your case
If you lost in court, most people would pay in full quickly, to get the Judgment expunged ( the correct legal term. )
There are some cases where an appeal would be lodged. ( Not a set aside. ) But it requires various procedures and processes to be followed, plus it would be costly, and may be rejected without good legal grounds, so isnt really an option in most cases. Litigation is always complicated and expensive, so if you did lose in court, you should probably suck it up and pay in full ASAP, putting it behind you, a learning experience
A County Court Judgment (CCJ) is automatically expunged from a debtor's record and credit report if it is paid in full within 30 days of being issued. If the CCJ is not paid in full within 30 days, it will remain on record for six years with credit reference agencies (CRAs) and the register. After six years, the record is automatically removed, even if the CCJ has not been paid

The odd 1% who lose at a hearing just pay around £200 (no CCJ, no repercussions) but most cases are discontinued - no hearing needed - and almost nobody loses.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok thanks - I will keep everyone updated here
going to attend my hearing very soon - fingers crossed1 -
That’s correct @Coupon-mad I think I was confused but now clear that CCJ only occurs in the beginning if I had not responded to the claims. Now that the case and WS is all filed and we await hearing - we should be out of the CCJ danger.I’m still panicking that if worse case I lose and pay them - would it affect my credit score at all?0

As explained already... if you lose and pay up within 30 days of the judgement, there is no record of it on your record. So, it does not affect your credit record at all.2
