    Hey guys, 

    Have you got any advice on how to obtain the NoD? I contacted the civil claims phone line again today and they told me that the court don't issue any documents for discontinuation which has left me a little confused as I have no proof in writing that the case is discontinued.

    Email dcb legal for a copy by return,  for your records

    Hi all,

    Contacted DCB Legal weeks ago asking them for a copy of the NoD with no reply. Contacted the court to confirm once more that the case wasn't going ahead which they confirmed. The court date has come and gone now but I'm confused as to why I haven't received the NoD. Anyone experienced this / have any advice?

    Email a SAR to their DPO,  add proof like a picture of the claim form
