  • Changed his mind. My feelings are that they would be due a fee of some sort but not the entire fee. The fee of £2950 is for the full service which they are nowhere near supplying

@lookingforhelp101 -  sorry but ICBA looking through a wall of text of T&Cs.

Who is this company you've paid?  Give us a link to their site.

What did you sign up for?

What country's laws do their T&Cs say govern any contracts with them?
^^This.  I gave up about three lines in.  If you answer Okell’s questions, you’ll probably get more input.

I assume the DOB ‘mistake’ you mention is a MM/DD thing, it being a US company?  I don’t think it’s the get-out you think it might be.
  • the company is ACA Scholarships. They are a UK based company and the DOB error is the year. They have it as 2028 instead of 2008

No wonder no one is interested in signing a player, when he’s minus four years old!

Are you sure they’re UK based?  This outfit? https://www.aca-scholarships.com/

They look very US based to me.
  • Is my best option the small claims court saying that I have been mislead about the fees refund policy and also the fee should be considered not fair and excessive?

Possibly, but if they’re a US based company that’s not an option.  If they are UK-based then you’ve still a few steps to go through before starting court action.
  • What are these steps?

You need their UK business address, for a start.  Do you have it?

    No, I can't find it. I assume I'm screwed?
