To add insult to injury ,the other day,I nearly had the side of my brand new van taken out by a Staples lorry in Peterborough.He probably had a load of very delayed surround speakers he was rushing to deliver.
Anyone had a catalog yet,on the inside first page,they have a picture of a smiling operative,with the slogan"We are always there for you"

Just got the Jan-April 2005 catalogue from them this morning ....and.....

On the inside front cover...THE SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM IS BACK!!! (No smiley operative on mine

Should we start to lobby them to honour their old obligations as they obviously now have them in stock!!?

I'm happy now I have my money back, nothing lost. If anyone here is still out of pocket, sort it out, don't let them keep your money..

I still have my £3.52 pencil in an envelope somewhere but never got in contact with staples.
Can you post a picture or show a link to show they have them in stock now? It might help with any emails requesting our long overdue speakers...

This is the front cover of the Staples catalogue Jan-April 2005 that I received about 10 days ago.

I emailed them to say 'oi! how about honouring your previous promises before making new ones'....no response yet!
