whoopee got my surround sound today great for the price , they also sent me the cd player aswell what a great firm.

i received my speakers. they are rubbish. they fell apart straight out of the box and the rear ones dont work. thank you staples

Staples has sent my speaker, but as I was not in they have taken them away again. AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHHH. So close, yet so far.

I emailed them and got my money back for the pen and delivery costs. No free gift, but at least I'm not out of pocket anymore. I guess I got the pen for free, but as its a gel pen and I left the top off its packed in anyway!

I never got round to complaining after ordering and receiving 50 blank CDs but no speakers, but later received a credit note through the post out of the blue and the cost of the CDs were refunded to my card so i ended up with 50 blank CDs for nothing.

Strange but i'm not complaining.
