refusal to answer complaints or pay compensation by Etihad airline

I was on a delayed flight with Etihad in November 23. They agreed to pay compensation of £520 but will not put the money in my account.. I have contact then nine times through chat and through social media. All they say after keeping me waiting is contact the case officer. The thing is you cant he does not give his email. I made a complaint two months ago again by chat and letter but again nothing.
As any body else had problems getting compensation fro Etihad? They have a chat service but the chat service say they cannot pass information on to the case officer same with facebook reps.
Seems they know they can get away without paying. If I go to small claims can they sue me? The compensation is not in doubt it is payment

Over the years my colleagues (EU based) have had issues but mainly where a 3rd party has been involved (Corporate travel booker)
Was your ticket booked direct and was it a flight qualifying for EU261 compensation ?0 -
my ticket as booked direct and the flight was London to Bangkok. The flight was shared with British Airways can I claim with them for compensation to be paid?0

And if so which leg did the issue relate to ?0 -
I have had issues with Etihad - they cancelled 6 x flights I had booked from London to Nairobi in May 2024. In the end I had to issue an court claim against them and they have now been forced to refund the cost of the 6 flights plus my court costs and interest. The address I used for the claim was
Etihad Airways, 200 Hammersmith Road, LONDON, W6 7DL.
I chased them for 6 months and got nowhere - these flights were booked by a small UK charity and we could ill afford for Etihad to hang on to our £3800. Goodness knows how long they would have taken if we hadn't taken them to the small claims court. This behaviour is immoral.
