@HotDog2020 if it was me I'd exclude the MOT but I think I would count any work that needed doing. Don't necessarily go by what I do though. Not an NSD here - bakery stall in local outdoor market - treated myself to a slice of quiche and both of us to pieces of cake! 😊 Might also have found some useful and hard to find plants at country market 😊
