Boarding Pass error

I've been trying to check in and print my boarding passes for our return flight from Tunisia but keep getting this error code on the easyJet website. Does anyone know what it means? Thank you

I think that reference is unique to your issue

Although could be a typical recognisable format for the kind of error.

Have you contacted easyJet to enquire, Jenni, tried the possible solutions of the other thread..? Did you book direct or through an agent? easyJet app..?

Is your return flight open for check-in? You need to be within 30 days of the flight date.

You don’t mention the airport, but some airports in Tunisia don’t allow online check-in, and I don’t think any of them allow mobile / home printed boarding passes. Even if you were able to check in online, you’d need to go to the check in desk and get an old-school airport boarding pass.

I've contacted easyJet and they said simply keep trying to check in online, no explanation as to why the error code comes up, I also contacted On The Beach as this was who I booked with and they could not help either.

Yes check in is open online

No online check in at Enfidha, you'll have to check in at the airport.
