How many of the Fathers actually see their kids?
Why do you think the parent of one child will be bothered enough about the behaviour of 3 kids unrelated to him to do something about it? 

It sounds like you bought this place without doing any due diligence and are now stuck with what sounds like at least 2 problem neighbours.

The first neighbour seems to have moved away to be with her Sister.I'm pleased for her.

I cannot vouch for how often the Fathers see their Children.....I think its zero.My only contact with the Family is when they are acting anti-socially.

I had to be the house in a hurry.My Solicitor went bust a week before completion.I didnt want to pull out as the guy who was buying mine would have been dissapointed.

Anyway....i have befiended a Counsillor who has the benefit of seeing the situation and he has promised to get me some help.

Good job ....I was beginning to feel like the Anti Social one....despite having Wembley Stadium appear in front of my door ??

Your best chance is to make friends with these teenagers - nobody wants to annoy their mates - although I suspect you have already burned your boats on that front.

Jon....I mentioned earlier .....Yep....he is chasing the police to get me a visit ....and probably go onto the other house.At the minute  I am fending off the Forumites who think its all my fault for being a Victor Meldrew???
