I don't think it does.V3nn0 said:
I hadn’t looked at it that way but yes that is probably a valid point for not having warning signs.LightFlare said:The issue with warning signs is that it is an “admission” of something potentially unsafe as well - think of “beware of the dog signs”
By not having any warning signs, it”s easier to say “we weren’t aware”On the flip side though surely if there were warning signs it should act as a deterrent?Just like the caution wet floor signs around poolside to deter people from running and or slipping.

They reacted with protection when you had an incident. So presumably if there had been an incident previously, there would already have been protection on it. So you were the first to have an incident with it.V3nn0 said:
Three days after they covered the brackets with foam insulation and duct tape. So if there was no issue there would be no need to put protective covers on the metal bracket.kimwp said:I'd love to know what the warning sign would say.
Presumably the fact there was no protection means that it's not happened a lot.
It’s a little bit like when you have scaffolding on a street. The exposed metal is covered with foam to prevent injury.Statement of Affairs (SOA) link: https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/financecalculators/soa.phpFor free, non-judgemental debt advice, try: Stepchange or National Debtline.
