If they don’t respond within 28 days and it is stayed, they would then have to apply to the court at a cost of £119 for the stay to be lifted with no guarantee that a judge would agree to it.I currently have a claim that has not been reponded to in over 5 months.1

Update on my claim.DCB Legal acknowledged my defence and wish to ‘proceed with the claim’. They also have offered to settle out of court. Which I am not.I’m waiting for DQs…and then guess I just wait.0

Just follow the 12 steps and assume that most deadlines are open ended, UNLESS you are required to do something , in which case the deadline is rigid2

I received my N180. It requires me to send a copy to DCBLegal - do I have to photocopy it?!!! Seems a faff - does anyone know if an email/pdf version is available? Thanks0

Download the PDF from MCOL, fill it in and email it to the DQ email address at the CNBC and cc the lawyers and yourself, so 3 destinations, no paperwork or scanning involved
