Now go and download your half hourly data for those dates from n3rgy.com. Make a copy of the csv file and strip out the on-peak data for each day from it and see if the total matches the night units used on your bill.0

From your bill you used 2190 night time and 1712 day time units since the meter was changed in November - as expected you would expect night-time to exceed daytime use over the winter period; perhaps the daytime is a little high.
Have you access to the online account - have a look at the Energy Hub which in the graph form should at least show you the time the off peak cut in.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
