Do i send my dispute to civil enforcement ltd , Northampton or Polpla ?
Excuse my ignorance ,0 -
What dispute?
You have told us nothing about your predicament.
Give us some clues about your parking event.
Have you read the opening post of the NEWBIES thread yet?3 -
It depends what stage you are at. If you have just received a PCN then you would appeal to the parking company.
If you have a rejection of appeal, then you could appeal to POPLA, (providing you have been given a POPLA ref no )
If you are dealing with Northampton then it sounds as if you have received a claim form.
Which is it? A lot more info is needed in order to get relevant adviceThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2 -

Hopefully you just mean you got a court claim. Make sure you redact your data, your VRM, any QR Code, Claim / PCN number & password before you show us what has arrived.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I never received initial paking fine or any other correspondence to my living address it was only when my tennant forwarded on a letter telling me of a £300 claim or a ccj would be enacted against me . This was forwarded two months later .. I now have CCJ .I feel this is unjust and I was completely in the dark . The papers ( claims / fines ) were not served well . All of this was happened over two years ago .0
