I never received initial paking fine or any other correspondence to my living address it was only when my tennant forwarded on a letter telling me of a £300 claim or a ccj would be enacted against me . This was forwarded two months later .. I now have CCJ .
I feel this is unjust and I was completely in the dark . The papers ( claims / fines ) were not served well . All of this was happened over two years ago .
Ah, so you do have a CCJ because the claim form went to an old address where you don't live.  OK so do as explained in the second post of the NEWBIES thread re setting aside CCJs. Everybody succeeds.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
