Thank you for this, it just took my by surprise as it had "Judgement" on it and I panicked that I'd missed something but if its just a change of court its fine for us

Just for info we've had the court date now, it's a few months off, we have also had a letter from DCB Legal offering a reduced rate (still higher than the original) We will ignore that and continue the process.

Thanks again for continuing help on here.

You'll know that past and present Govt have been looking at ways to control this industry's unfair practices for sometime now.

The important deadline on that hearing letter is the date for you to file & serve a WS & evidence.

    Hello Again,

I'm about to send my witness statement and evidence, however while I know I can email DCB, can I send my defence to the ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk email address or do I need to send it to the court it is being heard at email address?

    Hello All,

Just to update, I've just come off the phone to the court, they have informed me that the case has been discontinued. I'm a little annoyed that I haven't been informed of this as it was on 1st May, not sure if they are supposed to contact me but I would have had to turn up to court otherwise.

Many thanks to everyone for their assistance in this, I imagine it is extremely difficult to the majority fighting these as it's usually the first time for everyone and everything seems to be very confusing, but thanks again to everyone for their help and reaching a positive outcome.
