I know nothing about website addresses, but doesn't ".me" indicate Montenegro?

Send them a clear statement stating your decision to cancel the contract (you don't have to give a reason) under regulation 29(1) of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and see what the response is.

Keep evidence. In the event of a dispute further down the line it would be for you to show that the contract was cancelled in the cancellation period in accordance with that regulation.

    Thankyou, will do that.

From domain.me it says "ME is a domain name used globally by businesses and people wanting to make their online presence personal".

Anyone from anywhere in the world can own pretty much any domain extension anyway.  For example there are thousands of .co.uk websites run by people based in China, India, etc.

    Book a consultation with her.

She seems to be on many web sites.

Clarity Psychotherapy in Burton-on-Trent is a tiny company and has never had much in the bank.
Now that Ms Tillhon has left them (she resigned last year) the cupboard might be bare.

The advice here is always to make sure you would be able to actually recover anything before investing time and money taking a Ltd company to court.

Lets hope the chargeback (which I believe goes to the bank) works out.
    I will let you know.

They might dispute chargeback on the grounds that they have delivered the product and you have not returned it.

Good luck though and thanks for keeping us informed.

As this appears to be an online course (with counselling sessions?), and it also appears that you have commenced the course, then there is (probably) no cancellation right. Whether there's scope for a price reduction/refund based on the content not matching the description I'll let others advise.
