Who did you buy from? Was anything personalised in any way? (e.g. you added personal embroidery, like a name; or you specified a specific length in a text box).

Why don't you think you've received the entire package? (You either have or haven't, and should be able to tell. What did you order?)

Note: £100+ is only relevant if the item price was that; Section 75 doesn't apply if the total order value was £100+ but the individual item prices were less. (Chargeback should still apply though)

Note: a statement saying No Refunds is unenforceable in law.

The laws relating to online sales are The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for all sales) and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ... these latter replaced the old Distance Selling Regulations.
    it’s an online program/course.
im sure I haven’t received the whole lot as it’s itemised.
Have you queried it with the company supplying it?

So have you checked that you have everything?
Could be that some parts will only come up later as you complete part of the course?

You need to post a link to what exactly this course is, as T/C might provide more info.

I thought some bits might come up as I completed the course - but No they haven't.
(Delayed response is due to exactly this)

@lisyloo -  what are you wanting to achieve?  Do you want to cancel the contract within 14 days or do you want the supplier to provide what they are meant to under the contract?
Ideally I'd like them to provide what's included but with no responses I'm losing confidence and receiving counselling and confiding in someone you are in dispute with seems problematic to me.

If there are 14 day rights then I want to act within that timescale and not miss the deadline.

I'm surprised no-one has asked yet, but is it even a UK based provider?  If not it's likely subject to the consumer laws of a different country.  And are consumer laws relevant... has it been purchased for personal or business reasons?

More info required.  A link to the website might help.
    Personal resons.
It is priced in $s (might be to appeal to US market?)

The address on the order is Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

I think this is the company
© 2022 Clarity Psychotherapy Ltd. Registered in England & Wales No.: 10595338. Registered Office: The Trinity, George Street, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 1DP.

I can't see where the site is based (which is a red flag in itself) but given their prices are in USD I presume UK consumer rights aren't going to be relevant. Did you get any clues after your purchase?

    Only lack of responses.
My credit card queried it but that's not unusual these days.

I do have quite a lot of high quality content and I know the author is well known in her field (from talking to others not from the web).
It's more like the website/course is not fully ready.

The domain whois info is mostly redacted which normally means its registered to an individual rather than a business, but one of the unredacted parts does show "Stafffordshire" - https://whois.gandi.net/en/results?search=epiclove.me

Nothing on this side of the paywall about where either of them is based. Prices are all in $$ so could be Australia, Canada, etc.

    Same with T&Cs
However there is one contract term which Ms Tillhon is keen to share with anyone:

    REFUND POLICY
As this is a high-value program...no refunds can be given. (Epic Love and Relationships)

    What if I’m not happy?
...I cannot give any refunds (Should I Stay or Should I Go?)

You might have a fight on your hands to get a 14 day refund

Assuming UK, I don't think "No refunds" can be enforceable in the context of not delivering a product.
I understood I would not be able to dispute the quality but that's not the same as not having missing parts.

I'm not after 14 days in particular, just asking on here about my rights to make sure I don't miss a deadline.

Halifax have said they will help me with a chargeback but I have to wait 15 days.
If anyone thinks I need to do anything before then (there is a UK postal address on the order) then please do let me know ASAP so I can snail mail before any deadline. However I have tried to make contact through her requested channel and got acknowledgements.

    Thankyou
