hi,
received an email today from DCB legal dropping the court case and filing form N279 of discontinuance with the court.

Took just over a year but its finally done, 1 week before they had to pay the court for the trial to take place.

Anyone in the process just keep your nerve and they will drop out!!

Redact the N279 document,  take a picture and attach it to your reply,  like these did

You need to add the picture,  otherwise your post in the discontinued cases thread cannot be counted

Some instructions to help you do yours:
• Take photo of your N279 with your name and claim no. covered or redact after taken.
• Write some text in Leave a Comment eg. N279 received.
• Click on the square picture icon above (next to emoji one)
• From your files select the photo of your N279
• The photo should appear below your text, post if you're happy with image.
