    Yes. Show us the claim form but redact your data, QR code, VRM, the claim no. and the MCOL password on the right.

    You need to read the second post of the Newbies/FAQ thread and the Template Defence thread.

    You first need to acknowledge service of the claim, then submit a defence. It's all in those two threads.

    What is the "issue date" of the claim?

    issue date is the 12th. I'm abut to post a copy of the claim form. I am working through the Newbies thread.

    I'm assuming the date you mean is 12th August. In which case you should file your Acknowledgement of Service (AoS) no later than 31st August. There is no advantage to delaying the AoS. Follow the PDF instructions on filing the AoS linked to in the Newbies/FAQ thread.

    By filing the AoS in time, you would then have until 4pm on Monday 16th September to file your defence.
