Since the N180 has not been completed yet, there is no court selected so you will have to inform the CNBC and there is a list of email addresses in the template defence thread, one of which is for notifying change of address.2

We had a new litigation email address on a Scott Wilson WS last week so surely you also have it already? It was on the covering letter.
As for the CNBC, it would be the case progression email you saw in the Template Defence first post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
