Tesla lease car - Parking violation fee £60 & £10 Hire Fee

Options
Hi - I parked in Nuneaton Rope Walk car park on Sat 29/06 and received an email from Tesla Tues 02/07/24 saying a £60 parking violation fee and £10 contract hire fee has been applied. I wasn't familiar with the car park and they accept cash only, I was originally parked on 2nd floor, I moved the car and drove to the ground floor and parked my car up and ran over to the cash machine outside of the car park to pay, i was gone max 5 mins. When i returned paid for parking and left, no parking ticket on windscreen or anything. Later it occured i might have been parked in a disabled spot on ground floor which is all i can think of why i received the fine. Yes I know i shouldn't have but i didnt realise as i was thinking of the nearest cash machine to pay! Is there any way i can appeal given a fine wasn't stuck on my windscreen (not sure if they have to) and the fact the lease company is the registered keeper. Can someone point out if theres any point in appealing? Seems sly to not make me aware before leaving the car park to avoid disputes on the spot and secondly they removed the cash machine from the shopping center making it difficult to find a cash machine!

I was reading the link which contained Edna Basher template but i cant find a download button for it unless im missing something. MSE is flooded with too much info, can someone guide me here please?  https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6367284/help-please-parking-fine-on-lease-car

there is no such thing as a parking violation in the UK, that is an American phrase.
What are the exact words from the terns and conditions?

    A few more points:
Be careful with the wording you use when dealing with the lease company, as mentioned the is no such thing as a violation, likewise do not call these fines or penalties.

Do not identify the driver, or attempt to guess as to who this was, never used terms like I parked, he parked, she, mum, dad, sister, friend etc

A private parking PCN does not have to be left on the windscreen

Need to know the name of the parking company plus you should find out if Tesla paid the £60 to the parking company, OR , did they not pay it and name you as hirer or as lessee instead

Ideally, pictures of the PCN would be good, plus we need to know if a NtH PCN came to you in the post, ?  with your name and address on it ?   or not

If not, you don't have a PCN, Tesla leasing do

    Download button?

You just copy & paste most wording here.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Your Model 3 Contract Hire Fee has been Applied

A £10 In Life Administration Fee has been applied to your Model 3 Contract Hire. Payment is due on August 11, 2024.

I emailed tesla finance this morning with:

I received a parking violation fee which I received an email saying that it will be applied to the payment for July.

Please note, I will be challenging this parking fine with the relevant company so please contact the parking firm in whatever method they advise and do not pay the fine on my behalf and transfer the fine to myself, please hand over my contact details to the parking firm so I can handle it.

Please do this asap and confirm

Do not call it a fine, do not send that message.
If you have it's not fatal, but you will make it harder work to sort out.

Please answer the below, do not attempt to guess as to who the driver was, and do not call it a fine....

    Name of parking company?

Location where the parking charge notice was issued ?

Reason why the vehicle was issued a parking charge notice?

Exact wording from the lease/rental agreement regarding what they will most likely call fines

How would I know as i wasn't issued the fine directly nor any correspondence sent to me. Im only speculating due to the email from Tesla.

Encapsulating and summarising from my original message:

    Name of parking company?
Nuneaton Ropewalk car parking - I think its ran by Nuneaton and Bedworth council
( i cant post links yet so google it)

Location where the parking charge notice was issued ?
    see above

Reason why the vehicle was issued a parking charge notice?
Speculating, temporarily parking in disabled bay whilst trying to get cash out to pay for ticket (see orig message)

Exact wording from the lease/rental agreement regarding what they will most likely call fines
Ive tried googling but not yielding any results, ive asked tesla for this

Please note Tesla Finance could take upto 48 hours to respond. My email this morning states to transfer contact details to the parking company, is this not the first step to disputing the fine?
