A good result, hopefully they will mend their ways, but after 12 years of the same problems occurring, with various hire, lease and finance companies, including manufacturer schemes, I doubt it. !1

Nice result in the end except that flipping nasty CEL banked money.Tell TESLA exactly how you require them to handle private PCNs in future on your account: that is NOT TO PAY but to simply transfer liability immediately (within 14 days of receipt), using the transfer of liability slip on the private PCN. And to pass the PCN to you as well, to inform you.
Tell them these private ones are not fines and if ever they pay one or do anything differently than the above instructions you are not liable for their uninformed knee-jerk choices or losses.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
