I have just noticed, i received the attached letter on 10th May 2024. with the amount of £340.

In their witness statement page 63, there is a letter with the same reference number. however the amount has increased to £680.

Not sure if this makes any difference to there claim?

Sounds like each letter was referring to a different number of PCNs.  Stay confident!

I really don't know where to go with the witness statement, I've looked on the form but cannot find any that are similar to my case. Struggling with this one!

I'm not sure why? Easy stage. Your story!

The NEWBIES thread has a whole section on WS stage and an a-f list of Exhibits we recommend, and I tell everyone to  merely search the forum for recent WS and copy their style.

I hate providing links. It stops new posters browsing the forum which is a bad thing.

But in the spirit of the Season, here's a list of cases with WS in their recent winning threads.
