Could anyone help with this? It’s quite short notice I understand, I work away a lot and only received the letter last week.

"4. The Defendant had not noticed any signage close to the where he had parked his vehicle, showing the terms and conditions for use, the Defendant was not aware of any restrictions that applied in the car park due to obscure signage which was impossible to read from where the defendant had parked."

I'd just change this part to sound more definitive. For example:

"No signage was apparent where the Defendant parked his vehicle and there was nothing to suggest there were any restrictions."

Can you clarify that you are filing and serving a WITNESS STATEMENT  -  if so there are plenty of recent UKPC/DCB Legal WS threads you can adapt for your own case (as well of course as in the relevant section of the Newbies sticky).

Is the upcoming date for mediation or the actual hearing

Post a redacted picture of the court order showing these deadlines and requirements

You appear to have had a month to draft your witness statement based on the above pictures. ( But really you have had longer, ever since the court claim pack was issued months ago. )

Its clearly not been struck out near the end of October by Judge Tucker
