Hi All - I've now received the N180 Directions questionnaire. Is mediation now mandatory as they request a phone number and suitable dates for mediation? I went back to the 12 steps in the template defence thread and there is no mention of this?

It’s now mandatory and will take 5 minutes of your time as long as you offer £0.
It is not a trial and nothing about it will affect any future outcome. It is only mandatory that you attend the phone call.4 -
@LDast thank you so much, appreciate it.1

I complained about the judgment being entered against me despite me submitting my defence on time. This is the response I got back from the CNBC, no harm in asking for it to be reviewed.

So, why don't you write to Mrs A Hirst and complain that you are not satisfied that, whilst the stress and anxiety they have caused may not have been their "attention", the fact remans that stress and anxiety were caused due to their mistake and you expect to be suitably compensated. The belief that an unjust CCJ has been issued is no small matter for anyone and their actions or failures have consequences.5

Shows their incompetence - cannot even state the correct name of a very important Act.5

Other people have had £150 or more in compensation. Ask to escalate the complaint because this just isn't good enough.
@Harbmeister has just had the same thing happen to them and like you, was horrified and sent into a panic by the wrongful CCJ.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
