I received a letter from the Civil National Business Centre from DCB Legal Ltd

As above - after all it was the CNBC who gave the roboclaimers the "nuclear button" enabling them to issue a CCJ immediately without any human intervention.3

Yep it is appalling that Claimants have access to a misnomer of an auto-CCJ button called:
'Request Judgment' ...
...which in fact doesn't just REQUEST but automatically grants judgment without human checks. Illegal under GDPR, and in clear breach of the clarification in recent(ish) Court decisions, re the date a defence is deemed filed. I told the CJC about this illegality by the CNBC, when they did their Call for Evidence.
To the OP: you are in the clear.
The CNBC have realised your defence email pre-dated the nuclear button used by the Claimants and have reversed the judgment but not before you were sent that letter which would have made most people panic and pay. Shockingly bad admin that disadvantages Defendants. They do pay compensation when people complain about this awful pro-Claimant (illegal) auto-CCJ granting button causing an improper judgment, as happened here.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thank you @LDast. I tried calling them last week on 2 occasions. I was on hold for 38 minutes and 58 minutes respectively. At 5pm I got a recorded message to say the lines were closed. I will email them if I can find an email address.0

I would think that maybe email the complaint to case progression. ?
Or, better still , use their online complaints system

Thanks again for your support all. I have logged the complaint on the above link.
I checked my post from yesterday and have received the attached - they want to proceed with the claim but have also stated that the client may be prepared to settle the case. They have also sent me the Directions Questionnaire for Vehicle Control Services. They have asked for the Hearing to be at the claimants home court.
I've checked on the Money Claim website and the Questionnaire isn't available for me to complete yet.

Hi All, do you know how long it takes for the direction questionnaire to be sent out? Slightly nervous as I've not heard anything for a couple of weeks. Thanks0
