CCJ - Issued to an old PO box

But what address was on the vehicle's logbook at the time of the parking event and for at least three weeks afterwards? That would be the address that the parking company obtained from the DVLA.
And of course, the other question is where did the parking company get the PO Box address from?0 -

I looked for that case the other day for this OP and gave up; thought I'd imagined it. My Google skills must be slipping!
PRACTISE is a verb. Wrong word, @subzero1988
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The only place I have any record of this address would be an "associated address". This is something that TransUnion seem to record, but Equifax and Experian don't seem to record it in the same way - the CCJ doesn't show up on these reports. Maybe it will eventually, but on TansUnion I can see the PO box as an associated address, but Equifax and Experian dont show this - as far as I can see0 -
Doesn't matter.
The case law smashes it to smithereens.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you so much everyone, appreciate your patience and all the input. Really happy I decided to not just give in and take the easy route of paying.1

I guarantee you, since I have moved in my house in 2019, I have never had a car registered anywhere else than my current residence, this has never changed.
I understand completely why everyone assumed I must have had my car registered with the DVLA to the PO box, because why would the Claimant be using this address - I am just as confused as anyone else.
But as I said, there is only one way they have obtained it - Credit file0 -
I'll add the case law that Grizebeck sent over, and I'll update my final draft1
-
Just one thing - do you think I need to make it more abundantly clear that the car has never been registered with the DVLA to the PO Box? I thought I had got this point across in the WS, but maybe I need to ensure its more apparent?0

Show it to us again in a new reply or two, with the case law added about improper service to a PO Box.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
