Package Holiday - mis-sold?

I wondered if anyone had any advice on how to proceed with a complaint regarding our recent holiday, I'll try and recap to the most valid points.
* Recently returned from a TUI package holiday, actually visited the same hotel last year. It was advertised as a 'TUI Blue for families', as previous.
* We were informed by email of some changes to facilities (3 specific named things) prior to departure and given £200 compensation / offered to change holiday.
* Contacted TUI by phone and online chat (have recording and copy of both) to check that the hotel was still a 'family' hotel and the evening entertainment would still be ran by TUI staff/same as last year. Said this was extremely important factor for us as the kids evening entertainment was the main reason we chose to return. We were told on both occasions it would be the same, TUI kids entertainment would still be there including the TUI kids mascots and the only changes were as laid out in the email.
* I asked, and it was confirmed, that if this were to change  I would be notified.
* On arrival we found out the hotel concept was changed to a 'TUI Blue For All' and the evening entertainment was now delivered inhouse and not by a TUI entertainment team as expected. It wasn't great and certainly not the standard / content we had expected (karaoke and music and celebrity quizzes 3 out of 7 nights and 30 minutes kids disco each evening)
* Contacted TUI, they offered a £100 voucher as a good will gesture, which we declined and they are now saying as we were informed of the changes (in the email there was no mention of change of concept or changes to the evening entertainment) and have already received compensation so we are not due to anything else.
Have we got a case to pursue this on the grounds of the holiday being 'mis-sold' / 'not as advertised' or anything else? And if so where do we go from here?

How long was the holiday for?

What did you do once you realised that the offering was not what you were expecting?

When did you do anything about it?

What were you offered at that point?

How do you quantify your loss?

And ... did you raise this with the TUI rep in resort/at the hotel? If yes, what did they say/recommend?

£200 refunded - what was that as a % of the total cost of the holiday?

It was a 7 night holiday
Mentioned to the rep at the hotel on day 2 that we were expecting the tui blue for families, they said they were a bit confused about the concept change! Obviously the rep was not able to do anything and just apologised.
2 days after returning home we logged the complaint, 2 days later were offered the £100 voucher
It's just more the principal we were told twice by tui staff (and have the evidence) that the evening entertainment we were expecting wasn't there. Had we had known in advance when we asked we would have changed the holiday.
    £200 was  around 8%

I would have liked to have been reimbursed for some of the cost of the holiday (refund or voucher), even if they'd offered £200/250 it would have been more acceptable, it's more the principal than about the money.

A follow up call from TUI the gent advised me to put everything together and contact ABTA. Just looking for opinions on whether anyone thinks there is a case there and if so how/where to proceed for the best

So you've been refunded £200 already and now been offered an extra £100 taking it to a £300 refund. As such based on what you've written, I can't see what else you want.

The £100 is a voucher that may never be used. Unsure if it could be sold on.

OP  what you will be looking at is "Loss of Enjoyment"
You seem to have made it clear that having
evening entertainment run by TUI staff was important to you. Not having that meant your holiday wasn't as good.
Work out what you want to claim back (in cash) and then submit that figure.
The Case Law is  Jarvis v Swans Tours Ltd that allows claims for LoE

OP said in her post a voucher would be acceptable.
