yup have done that when it was extended by a week... 
I have no recieved Letter Before Claim from Moorside leagal. 
it just mentions to pay the amount..

aah thanks,, i searched the forum but didnt see .. now when searched with fake LBC got it.. 
so no need to respond to it now , and wait till original LBC comes ?

Hi, I seem to be in exact same situation as you with the same car park. Got the same LBC a couple of weeks ago, did you reply to yours?

Aah ok.. did you try to discuss with the landowner for rescinding the pcn ? They denied to me and asked me to go via UKPS..
