Land registry map is missing a shed

The point of the LAND Registry map is to show what Land is going to be owned by and registered to you. You are also buying some buildings, fixtures and fittings, but these are defined on the contract and TA6 form. Those documents define whether they will be leaving or taking away the shed.
The inclusion of buildings on the land reg map is largely to provide context for the other lines.. especially when the measurements aren't exact, it gives a landmark.2 -

If you were to look at on of the deeds for the adjacent houses you would likely see it better. It really does not matter whether it is shown or not!The earlier comment about a trampoline was sarcastic, but the principle was sound. What's ON the land (house, shed, trampoline.....) changes frequently through time but is almost never updated on the LR Plan, as that is not the purpose of the LR Plan.0 -
Depending on age of properties could it be site of orginal outside cludgies and would a drainage survey show that.0

Have you had a look at the neighbours plans?
It looks to me like the bit I've now marked in green is your shed.
Is this not the case?

Is this not the case? Also still waiting for the T10 form from the solicitor, which would then contain what's included in the sale - i.e. shed, contents etc. Thanks!

Almost no-one is going to bother taking a shed with them, the work involved is rarely worth it especially if it's an older shed. If you really want it kept, then ask for it, but it's really not worth worrying about
