Barclays online banking error

Run of the mill payments made to existing payee's that I have used in the last month without issue. After calling Barclays, I was given the dreaded ccc (clear cookies cashe) advice to which I replied that whilst I appreciate you're trying to help but are actually just relaying messages from your digital team, clearing my cookies and cashe on my month old laptop wont really help because the payments were not showing on the APP either on my iPhone....not withstanding the device was only a month old.
Anyway, after doing nothing around 2 hours later the payments both appeared on both my PC and iPhone around the same time.
It is frustrating enough having to look at their weakened new interface or remember their colour coded payments now in a single column (black is money in and green is money out from memory) to not have to worry about payments not being made or trying to locate the current balance (which has also been moved) in order to see if the payment has been made or not.0 -
At last! They've fixed it!Well done Barclays. On the ball as ever... only took 5 months1
