There are many Pensioners who never ever seem to be entitled to any Benefits of any kind what so ever, simply because they have been careful all their lives, not thrown their money away and have savings amounting to the statutory >16k. So regardless which form you fill , ie-grants for heating, double glazing, solar panels…
