You can login now but i'm going to guess you're still unable to request a withdrawal with the only option being to view anu pending requests.

I've just logged in an submitted a request to withdraw and it worked. The money won't appear in my bank until tomorrow of course.0

I logged in
then pressed the square options button top right - then selected Requests
you can then select Withdraw money on the next page

Right after seeing someone managed to withdraw their money I thought id make another phone call.
And here's what information I managed to get...
there are currently loads of customers having the same issue.
the ones able to withdraw money are because they had their nominated accounts verified when they opened their Shawbrook account.
the rest of us should have had an email asking for permission from the nominated bank to allow one time access from Shawbrook to view transactions to prove the account is active. I guess this would be done via a link to open your mobile banking app then ask for a fingerprint prove ID.
there is 'small' team working on the backlog of accounts missing the verifications.
No time frame can be given on when this will be completed by.
The best bit though is if you don't know this needed to be done as I was told this was for me to find out as its my bank account you have to send them a secure message asking to update your bank details then someone will get hold of you.Now i'm baffled to why this couldn't have been said at the beginning of the week when I first rang and its taken 4 or 5 people to finally give me any proper information of what's happening and I have no idea how I was meant to know this needs doing if I was never prompted to do so and when going to account information it showed my Barclays account just fine. And i notice someone above saying to click on the square options in the top right of the screen. That definiitely sounds like you have a different portal than i do. Mine has a horizontal menu with requests in the center with no option to withdraw only to show pending.

I've bookmarked this thread, as I have a fix maturing soon, and I'll be looking to withdraw the full amount, £4000+
Here's hoping everything is sorted soon. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)1 -
