Buyer knows its a encroachment into my property. He says it comes down to what his solicitor advises, which is fair enough. I just don't know if I should proceed because I at same time I can't have a lengthy draw out.0

Buyer does have a problem so to speak with this now, I think he expects me to sort it out in some way. Problem I got is I don't have the resources to. And I don't know what they going to expect me to do in terms of searches, surveys etc.user1977 said:

That's suddenly changed from "buyer didn't care but what if their solicitor does" to "buyer has a problem and wants me to fix it"?1

I think he's done more researching into it. And realised how it is. But funny thing is he still asking me to initiate the sale process with ny solicitors. I just don't want to waste my time if this doesnt go anywhere.

You only bought this property six months ago. What did you say when your solicitor sent you the title plan and asked if it matched what you saw when you viewed?

I did think it was a wind up, but now I'm thinking paranoia over something that may or may not happen (with any future buyer) because the OP hasn't even initiated the process yet.......0 -
