Moorside Legal Letter

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could give me some advise please.

I have received the attached letter today from Moorside Legal.

Unfortunately I do not know what the fine is in relation to. I think it could be where I parked in a social club to pick  friend up and did not notice the signage but I am not 100% sure.

In the past I have ignore letters but I just wanted to check what my best option is in this scenario.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

    No worries! Easy to defend.

Show us the claim form but cover:

    - the Claim no
    - the MCOL password
    - your data and the QR code
    - your VRM

    You've hidden the Issue Date.
What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

What is the date that you have masked in point 2 of the POC?

You need to be aware that those Particulars of Claim are totally inadequate.
Nowhere in those Particulars is there any explanation of what the driver is alleged to have done wrong.

This will be an easy win.
